Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the New Logo Account Executive is responsible for developing and generating revenue streams, and developing new independent facility client sales in their assigned regions for PointClickCare’s EHR software.  This position will be based out the head office in Mississauga or remote, with travel to client locations within their region (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Northern California).
 
Key Responsibilities:
·       Prospecting, cold calling, producing quality leads, and selling within your given territory
·       Analyzing customer needs in terms of current business objectives
·       Presenting and articulating advanced product features, benefits, and overall product solutions to multi-level contacts within prospective customers
·       Consistently and strategically following up on leads and closing new account business
·       Travelling assigned territory, meeting the customer and selling product face to face
·       Meeting/exceeding sales targets set by the company
 
Required Experience:
·       BA/BS degree
·       Strong prospecting, “solution” selling and closing skills
·       Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
·       Highly motivated, with a proven history of success in LTC sales or enterprise software solutions is a plus
·       Strong relationship-building skills
·       Highly organized and detail-oriented
·       Strong communication and presentation skills
·       Desire to work in an environment that rewards for performance
