The Role
As Associate Director of Patient Safety and Risk management, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of patient safety at Ro, as well as enhancing and implementing improvements to the patient safety reporting platform, Just Culture, appropriate policies and procedures and laying the foundation of patient safety risk management, in partnership with legal and other stakeholders. You will report to the VP of Quality and Safety, and work closely with several stakeholders including legal, clinical, technology and data. You bring significant experience in patient safety, risk management, awareness of the risk landscape in healthcare and digital health, as well as innovative approaches and out of the box thinking, to drive strategy, minimize risk and enhance patient safety on Ro’s platform as Ro scales.

The target base salary for this position ranges from $157,250 to $194,500, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
