Account-Based Marketing Manager

US, Remote Revenue Organization - Marketing Full Time

The Account-Based Marketing Manager partners with Marketing and Sales to identify top accounts in mid-market and enterprise segments, and drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue. They are strategic, creative, and operationally minded, and enjoy working with a team to hit growth goals through multi-channel campaigns and coordinated sales outreach to prospects and customers.
  • Co-create and Execute ABM Strategy:
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to build ABM strategy and identify top accounts
  • Integrate ABM with overall go-to-market efforts and other demand gen channels
  • Research market trends and deeply understand 15Five’s ICP and buyer personas
  • Develop themes that resonate with ideal clients, and plan related campaign calendars
  • Leverage a marketing mix of digital, email, direct mail, events, and white glove experiences

  • Source and Influence Pipeline and Revenue:
  • Drive account engagement, new meetings, pipeline, deal velocity, new logo revenue and customer expansion 
  • Coordinate outreach with Sales Development and Sales
  • Creatively concept and test new campaign ideas and tactics
  • Collaborate with the events team on field marketing and target account experiences at trade shows and events
  • Work with Content and Product Marketing teams to develop and personalize messaging, positioning, and content that engages our audience

  • Operationalize and Optimize Programs:
  • Manage software and processes that support your campaigns
  • Utilize ABM technology and tools leveraging account intent data (i.e. Demandbase) to strategize, prioritize, and convert
  • Project manage cross-team ABM “plays” that include digital, email, direct mail, sales outreach, etc
  • Report on tactics and overall program results and lessons learned
  • Ensure ROI on ABM investments
  • Account-Based Marketing strategy, tactics and campaigns
  • Project management and multitasking
  • Creative thinking and ideation
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Marketing channel management, including digital advertising, email, and direct mail
  • Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and ABM software
  • Reporting and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead projects cross-functionally
  • 5+ years of related B2B SaaS experience in Account-Based Marketing
  • Proven track record of delivering pipeline and revenue from owned campaigns and tactics
  • Experience managing a budget and stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead multiple impactful projects simultaneously

  • Monday: Kick off the week with an all-company meeting to align goals, strategy, and mindset
  • Tuesday: Plan ahead and build a calendar of campaigns
  • Wednesday: Huddle with sales and marketing teams to collaborate on projects
  • Thursday: Execute digital ad and direct mail campaigns, and measure results based on quantitative and qualitative data
  • Friday: Debrief wins, losses, and lessons of the week with your team

    This is a full-time, salaried exempt position. The typical work week will be Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm (flexible), working an expected 40+ hours/week. Ability to accommodate early-morning or after-hours meetings at least 4 days a week is a must due to collaboration across various time zones.
