About The Role:
WePay, a progressive fintech company within JPMorgan Chase Merchant Services is growing and seeking a quality assurance professional to help deliver high quality, customer-oriented, and operationally viable end-to-end solutions. As a Product User Acceptance Tester, you will be responsible for driving and managing all test planning and execution activities throughout the product delivery lifecycle with a focus on SMB Payments and Merchant Services.
Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who can proactively engage with virtual, cross organizational teams. and who has great level interpersonal skills such as influence management, negotiation, and analytical/problem solving skills. You will be responsible for establishing a repeatable process to perform validation leveraging simulated test merchants to perform User Acceptance Testing and create a template for testers to use for future needs of the business. This will include coordinating resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more products, test planning, test data preparation, test execution, defect management, preparing and presenting progress reports for management, collecting, documenting and archiving all required testing artifacts.
