We are looking for a versatile and highly motivated individual with extensive sales operations experience to join our Corporate Solutions team to transform our sales process and tools used by our business development teams.
What you’ll do:
  • Define and improve sales processes focusing on corporate acquisition and retention.
  • Manage Lalamove’s CRM and other sales tools to provide the visibility of sales teams’ activity/pipeline and best support Lalamove’s acquisition and retention efforts of its corporate customers.
  • Be responsible for the implementation of a sales training programme for a global sales team.
  • Definition of key KPIs based on the CRM to ensure clean data and effective sales operations.Provide sales reporting and insights to the Corporate solutions team.
  • Drive continuous iteration of the sales process and CRM based on feedback as our corporate proposition and requirements evolve.
  • Manage a team of 1-2 associates

  • What you'll need:
  • College degree/diploma holder.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years relevant work experience in a Sales/ Sales Operations function.
  • Experience in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a CRM (e.g. Salesforce or Freshworks) is a must. Experience in sales training and/or sales process definitions is a plus.
  • People management experience would be a strong advantage.
  • Experience in project management and change management.
  • Good communication skills and an attention to detail, with a systematic approach to tackling problems and strong desire to address challenges.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • A down-to-earth, positive and proactive attitude.
