About the Role
WalkMe is looking for an experienced Alliances & Channel Sales Manager. Reporting to the VP of Alliances & Channels in EMEA, you will grow and enable WalkMe's new and existing partners in EMEA. The A&C Sales Manager will partner across industries to drive regional growth of the business by leveraging established networks, managing sales pipelines and utilizing strong leadership skills to increase revenue generating activities across our partner network.

What You'll Own
  • Develop strategic partners to use their platform to create opportunities with their clients
  • Manage the approach and go-to-market plan with current and potential partners
  • Recruit, mentor and enable relevant partners to accomplish WalkMe's channel goals in EMEA
  • Structure WalkMe's A&C regional plan and ensure the relevant partner mix exists to fulfill it
  • Provide sales enablement to the partner across all relevant disciplines
  • Team up with Sales to lead account mapping and co-sell opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to bring awareness and the use of partner integrations that enhance results for WalkMe, partners, and clients
  • What You Need to Succeed
  • 7+ years of experience working with big ISVs and/or Tier-1 Global SI
  • 5+ years of SaaS Sales and Alliances experience
  • Experience working with Referral and Reseller partnership models with partners who execute software implementation projects
  • Experience managing relationships with Global Systems Integrators like Accenture, Deloitte and PWC
  • Technical background and contract negotiation experience
  • Significant focus on revenue generation through partnerships
