We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join one of our growing CRM teams, based across Europe. 

In this role you will support the teams mission in driving CRM towards coherent ways of working and 5-star quality through processes, guidelines and best practices.

As CRM Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing cross-team CRM operations and tools, ensuring all CRM activities are in line with quality standards, driving/contributing to strategic CRM projects, monitoring campaign performance and promoting learnings across teams.

You’ll be closely working with a number of stakeholders and cross-functional teams: CRM Specialists, Regional Marketers, Legal and MarTech.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive cross-team initiatives/projects to unify CRM across teams in Klarna
  • Establish cross-team CRM processes, strive for operational efficiency/automation
  • Create and promote best practices/guidelines/documentation
  • Contribute to CRM reporting and performance monitoring
  • Contribute to strategic CRM initiatives/Cross-functional projects
  • Some of the key projects:
  • CRM Evolution WS (campaign execution automation): contribute with establishing/optimizing process for automated workflow of campaign creation/execution
  • Establish campaign execution/QA process and adopt across teams, executing CRM campaigns
  • Coordinate external marketing operations team
  • Requirements:
  • Marketing Operations background 
  • Strong knowledge of CRM/Campaign Execution (+4 years of experience)
  • Project Management experience
  • CRM/Marketing experience in a global (+20 markets) company
  • Experience with Braze (desirable)
