AR Analyst

Romania Finance - Credit and Collections Full-time
We are looking for a talented AR Analyst to join our growing collections team and help meet the demands for our industry-leading programmatic advertising platform. What you'll be doing:
  • Accurately create, finalise and distribute invoices to our customers every month in accordance with StackAdapt and the client's billing requirements
  • Ensure all customers are onboarded promptly with all necessary information
  • Oversee the status of collections, reconciliation and reporting of accounts receivable (AR) by StackAdapt policy and procedures
  • Investigate credit or payment issues and strategise resolution to satisfy client relationships and the Revenue team's expectations
  • Ensure achievement of aging, days sales outstanding (DSO) and other relevant targets
  • Provide internal reporting on assigned AR accounts
  • Maintain internal billing and collections tickets through the ticketing system as well as address client inquiries in the central mailbox
  • Reconcile accounts receivable (AR), and deferred revenue (DR)
  • Month-end tasks: entering an unautomated portion of clients’ credit card transactions into Sage Intacct and performing Stripe accounts’ reconciliations, other month-end tasks (accrual and adjusting )
  • We'll be reaching out to applicants that have:
  • University degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 2-3 years experience working in collections, accounts receivable or similar role
  • Fluent in English ( written and spoken ). Other EMEA languages represent a real advantage
  • Experience using Accounting and AR software is an asset
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to maintain professionalism
  • Ability to work with different teams to create seamless processes
