About the Position
As part of a small team working with the National Sales Director and Marketing, the Customer Success Manager (CSM) has a passion for ensuring people make the most effective and efficient use of their TimeBase services. Technologically savvy and unafraid of online platforms, the CSM is a “product evangelist” focused on encouraging and driving product adoption and usage, thus, streamlining our customers’ day-to-day workflow. In a wide ranging role, the CSM will also be supported to take responsibility for the account management of a group of customers, onboarding, lead generation, customer communication, customer retention and training initiatives, and CRM system maintenance.
