About the Position
As part of a small team working with the National Sales Director and Marketing, the Customer Success Manager (CSM) has a passion for ensuring people make the most effective and efficient use of their TimeBase services. Technologically savvy and unafraid of online platforms, the CSM is a “product evangelist” focused on encouraging and driving product adoption and usage, thus, streamlining our customers’ day-to-day workflow. In a wide ranging role, the CSM will also be supported to take responsibility for the account management of a group of customers, onboarding, lead generation, customer communication, customer retention and training initiatives, and CRM system maintenance.

You’re self-motivated and energetic with the drive to succeed.  A team player, willing and enthusiastic to pitch in wherever necessary to support both customers and the company. Poised and confident, you are both a skilled listener and a convincing presenter with an eye for detail and the polish to communicate at all levels. You are comfortable working as both an individual contributor and as a team player.
What To Expect In This Position:
  • Proactively focus on customers to drive product adoption, usage, satisfaction, and renewal
  • Effectively onboard new customers and run quarterly customer “health checks”
  • Represent the “customer voice” to inform new product and feature development
  • Identify and qualify sales leads and opportunities
  • Identify and understand the training needs of customers and create and deliver interactive and effective training programs
  • Analyze customer usage of products and suggest "best practices" that increase customer efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide first-line support to address technical and other issues
  • Work with Marketing to create and execute customer communication initiatives including new feature releases
  • Keep our pipeline and CRM systems updated
  • What Sets you Apart:
  • Degree qualified in Business, Legal or similar (recent graduates are welcome to apply)
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer focussed or facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Familiarity with popular software applications and an interest in technology
  • Proven ability to multitask and impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while embracing a close-knit team environment
  • Familiarity with any CRM tool (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the legislative or legal arena (preferred)
